Apart from Christmas we normally only accept bookings from couples who have full use of the house i.e. two bathrooms and a useful extra bedroom if your partner snores! We accept bookings for three if you wish to bring an in-law but charge a supplement of 20%. Christmas (sleeps five, children over 12) £775. Prices are all inclusive and include freshly laundered bed linen, towels, tea towels, electricity, all year round central heating, local and national phone calls and wireless Broadband; plus tea, coffee, hot chocolate, sugar, salt & pepper, soap & shower gel, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, washing powder, cooking foil & cling film, kitchen roll, toilet rolls and sundry cooking & cleaning materials. Prices also include free Wi-Fi and local & national telephone calls (but not premium, international or call to mobiles). Arrival time is 3:00pm, departure time is 11:00am. Payment: one third on booking, the balance two months before arrival plus a refundable deposit of £75.
